All items at Lark Studio are one-of-a-kind or limited edition handcrafted items. If the item is a limited edition, “Limited” will note the item on the web site. We will make every attempt to update the web site immediately after the sale of an item. If an order/payment is received on an item that has already been sold or sold out, we will contact you within one business day and work with you to create a similar product or immediately issue a refund.

Ordering/Payment:

Online payments (Credit card, Check Card) are accepted through our secure server. Simply click on the “Add to cart” button located next to each product.

If you prefer not to pay electronically, we accept payment by check or money order. You may email us anytime or call (804) 304-4312 Monday - Saturday 9:00am - 7:00pm EST with your order. Please indicate the name of the item(s) you would like to purchase so that it can be placed on hold. Payments must be received within 7 days after email or telephone contact or the item will be restocked.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with confirmation. Orders will be shipped within 72 hours after payment verification. The following rates are for U.S. customers only. If you want an item shipped internationally, please contact us via email or by telephone to discuss additional shipping costs.

Returns/Refunds:
Lark Studio wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be glad to make an exchange or offer a refund (minus shipping costs) for most items. This does not include customized items. If you are returning an order, please contact us via email or call (804) 304-4312 to notify Lark Studio of the return so that we may expect your package. Any returns must be received at Lark Studio within 7 days after the order is received. The items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please include a copy of your purchase receipt. Refunds will be given in the form of the original payment method within 2 business days of the receipt of the return. Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable unless Lark Studio has made an error with your order.

Custom Orders:
Lark Studio welcomes custom orders. Please contact us with your ideas and we will work with you to create a custom product. Work on custom orders will not begin until after your full payment is verified, so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Custom orders are nonreturnable.

All information submitted to Lark Studio is kept strictly confidential and is never sold or shared with a third party.
